By purchasing our courses or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy.
2. General Refund Principles
Important: Refund eligibility depends on the timing of your request and the extent of service usage. We encourage you to carefully review course descriptions and sample content before purchasing.
3. Individual Course Purchases
3.1 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
For individual course purchases, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- You have completed less than 20% of the course content
- You have not downloaded course materials or certificates
- The refund request is submitted within 14 days of purchase
- You provide a brief explanation for your refund request
3.2 Full Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund (100%) if:
- Technical issues prevent access to the course, and we cannot resolve them within 48 hours
- The course content significantly differs from its description
- The course was purchased in error and you have not accessed any content
- The request is made within 48 hours of purchase and no content has been accessed
3.3 Partial Refund
You may be eligible for a partial refund if:
- Your refund request is submitted between 14-30 days after purchase
- You have accessed less than 30% of course content
- The partial refund amount will be 50% of the purchase price
3.4 No Refund Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued if:
- More than 30 days have passed since purchase
- You have completed more than 30% of the course
- You have downloaded course completion certificates
- You have violated our Terms and Conditions
- You claim lack of motivation or time as the reason
- The course was purchased during a promotional discount period (special conditions may apply)
4. Subscription Services
4.1 Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription refund terms:
- Refunds are available within 7 days of initial subscription purchase
- After the first month, subscriptions can be canceled but are not refundable for the current billing period
- Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund the current period
- Access continues until the end of the paid period after cancellation
4.2 Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscription refund terms:
- Full refund available within 30 days if less than 10% of available content has been accessed
- Prorated refunds may be issued within 90 days at our discretion
- After 90 days, no refunds are available, but you may cancel to prevent renewal
- Discounted annual subscription purchases may have modified refund terms
5. Bundle and Package Purchases
When purchasing course bundles or packages:
- The refund policy applies to the bundle as a whole, not individual courses
- If you have started any course in the bundle, the entire bundle is considered in use
- The 14-day guarantee applies from the date of bundle purchase
- Partial completion of any course in the bundle may affect refund eligibility
6. Special Circumstances
6.1 Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties accessing the platform:

- We will work to resolve the issue within 48 hours
- If unresolved, a full refund will be issued
- Account access issues caused by user error may not qualify for refunds

- Alternative solutions such as course credit or extended access may be offered

If Mantle Education discontinues a specific service or course:

- Prorated refunds will be automatically issued for unused portions
- Alternative equivalent courses may be offered at no additional cost

- Certification examination fees
- Third-party service fees (processing fees, etc.)
- Printed materials or physical items once shipped
- Custom or personalized educational content created for you
- One-on-one tutoring or coaching sessions after they have occurred
- Conference or event tickets after the event has started
- Gift card purchases
9. Account Credits
In some cases, we may offer account credit instead of monetary refunds:
- Credits can be used toward any Mantle Education service
- Credits do not expire and can be applied to future purchases
- Credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
- Accepting account credit is voluntary; you may still request a monetary refund if eligible
10. Promotional and Discounted Purchases
Special terms may apply to promotional purchases:
- Courses purchased during sales may have modified refund windows (typically shorter)
- Bundle deals may have different refund terms than individual purchases
- Free trial conversions follow standard refund policies from the date of paid conversion
- Promotional pricing terms will be clearly stated at time of purchase
11. Fraudulent Refund Requests
We take fraudulent refund requests seriously:
- Accounts flagged for refund abuse may be suspended or terminated
- Multiple refund requests may trigger additional verification requirements
- Falsifying information in refund requests may result in account closure

12. Chargebacks
Regarding credit card chargebacks:
